in 2010, we took the Cornish classic, added some Cotswold charm and stirred in a healthy dose of rebellion. What came out was a delicious nod to the original pasty... only better.
Turkey, sausagemeat, sage & onion stuffing and roast potato in a rich cranberry gravy.
